Be Water My Friend

Bruce Lee continues to be a legend not just in the martial arts community but also in the life lessons he left behind. As someone that studies the Tao I’ve developed a new way of looking at the world and the video below is something that really resonates with me. Water is an element that can be both gentle and relaxing or vicious and life threatening. The reality friends is that your thoughts are no different. You can literally change your life just by the way you think about things and how you perceive them.

Thoughts can cloud your mind and affect you both mentally and physically so it’s important to be aware. Listen closely to the words shared and how your thoughts can flow and be formed like water.

If you feel your thoughts drifting and you start going down the rabbit hole of negativity give yourself a moment to take a deep breath and really process what’s going on.
