I’ve been a dreamer as long as I can remember. Following my heart and going after my dreams is something I’m passionate about and bring to any project that’s in front of me. I caught the ‘magic bug’ when I was 6 years old living in North Carolina and have carried that moment of ‘wonder’ with me throughout my life.
» The Magician
I spent my teens inventing and creating my own magic creations and my early 20’s traveling the world teaching and sharing these secrets. In 2007 I got a call from Criss Angel to move out to Las Vegas to work on his hit TV series MINDFREAK on the A&E network. Over the next 6 years I worked closely with Criss where I acted as a creative consultant, TV director, producer, on air talent and later transitioned over to the marketing and social media management for his brand.

A few of the brands I’ve had the pleasure of working with include: Criss Angel, A&E TV, Spike TV, Cirque du Soleil, Bud Light, Xero, Ellusionist.com and Red Peg Marketing.
I’ve been very fortunate to work with celebrities, experience firsthand how big businesses work at the highest levels, and how major brands connect with their customers. I developed relationships with the ‘big boys’ at Cirque du Soleil and my brain was like a sponge soaking up everything I could. I was literally getting an education most would kill for. It was this excitement and enthusiasm for the things I was learning that sparked my company Social Mischief. I decided it was time to focus my efforts on my own business so I could make an even bigger difference in the business world.
Social Mischief focuses on Experiential Marketing, Social Media Management, Advertising, TV and Brand Consulting. The Mischief side comes from the disruptive marketing that we love to throw in from time to time. I’ve never taken the normal route with anything I’ve done so why shouldn’t it be the same in business!

Now I’m re-focusing and expanding my own brand as I have a pile of projects in front of me. The brand new LukeDancy.com is a home for the Business, Motivation and Mischief that keeps me busy. The Motivation side of me is what fuels the fire for everything and is the core for my brand new Plugged In weekly podcast show.
