This week’s episode needed to be less of a ‘show’ and more of an honest chat with you about some of the things going on around me. Loss is one of the hardest things we have to deal with it but it also teaches us some of the most important lessons that guide us through life.

I was looking for a video with a good message that reflected what the topic of this week’s episode was about. Carry the love and memories with you so the things you care about the most never truly leave you. Enjoy the moments my friends…enjoy the moments.

  1. Oh goodness! It’s been an emotional day at my nieces christening today. Emotional because it’s a timely reminder I won’t be a mum or have my own family but also thanks to my stepmum I’ve seen childhood photos of my dad who died 25 years ago. I figured I needed something to cheer me up before bed so decided to catch up on the last few podcasts I’ve missed. This was the first one… How I wish I’d appreciated those moments when I was younger
