The image below is a personal favorite from a recent shoot. This was a night filled with a lot of internal struggle but the shots that I walked away with were some of the most beautiful I’ve captured. Sometimes you just have to keep going…

 Your mind is a garden, your thoughts are the seeds…You can grow flowers, or you can grow weeds…

I’ve had some people reaching out recently that have been going through some tough times. Always remember to keep your head up and never ever forget that you’re not alone. Things will be okay and this too shall pass.
